Working @ Camp

General information

One of our missions at Cedar Lake Camp is to help young adults prepare for a life of Christian ministry and leadership. We accomplish this goal primarily by hiring college and high-school students who serve on our summer staff as counselors and counselors-in-training.

Members of our summer staff are carefully screened and selected for their clear dedication to Christ and his work. Many have been campers for years before joining our staff.

Each staff member goes through our thorough training program and must exhibit a genuine concern for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual lives of their campers.

You can serve as a counselor if you are at least a senior in high school. The counselor-in-training program is designed for those who are 15 to 17 years old.
