Camp Schedule
An overview of what an average day's schedule looks like at camp.
Our Summer Resident Camp days are filled with fun and adventure. From the time campers wake up in the morning until they turn in at night, they are busy with fun and great teaching from God’s Word.
We start every morning — weather permitting — with a dip in the pool. Those who take the plunge every day become a member of the Polar Bear Club. Those who participate for one week for 10 years join the exclusive Polar Bear Hall of Fame and have their names displayed on plaques in our dining hall.
Campers may choose from many activities, and they will experience all the activities early in the week. During the last half of the week, campers will focus on the activities of their choice. Those who meet all requirements for their activities will receive recognition for their accomplishments.
Many of our games are unique to Cedar Lake. The atmosphere here encourages creativity, and our staff and campers have developed some memorable games and activities.
Here is what a day at Cedar Lake might look like for your camper. Although the actual schedule varies, the example below is from a typical day at Summer Resident Camp. Day Camps, Fall Camps and Spring Camps follow a similar schedule with adjustments made to accommodate the focus of that camp.
