Members of our summer staff are carefully screened and selected for their clear dedication to Christ and his work. Many have been campers for years before joining our staff.
Each staff member goes through our thorough training program and must exhibit a genuine concern for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual lives of their campers.
You can serve as a counselor if you are at least 18 years old. Our junior counselor program is designed for those who are 16 to 17 years old. The counselor-in-training program is designed for those who are 14 to 15 years old.
